The Ride of a Lifetime: Lessons Learned from 15 Years as CEO of the Walt Disney Company is an amazing book. If you liked Shoe Dog by Phil Nnight then you are definitely going to love this one. I was going to summarize the gems in this book but the author has already done that in the last chapter.
The best parts of the book were the interactions between Robert and Steve Jobs and the behind the scenes look at the Pixar deal.
Lots of candid examples on leadership without the boring management jargon. An easy read.
