Inner Power

23 Mar 2022

This is something I realised over the past few months after reading Joe Dispenza, Yung Pueblo etc. “Inner power comes when you realise that your thoughts are not you and you have the ability to step back and look at those thoughts and decide your path forward…”

Up until this point, I would believe that if I am thinking it then it must be right and I need to go down that path. So, even negative thoughts would live endlessly and I would believe them to be a part of me (because I am thinking them).

No more.

Between the thought and awareness is the powerful moment where we create our reality.

Keeping this in mind has made me become mentally strong and has helped me push through this season to win Golfer of the Year at my club.
