Stumbled upon this Youtube video on Overcoming Fear. It's only a few minutes long and simply explained.
Fear and worry is... awareness leaving the present, going into the future (in your mind), creating the situation that has not happened and coming back to the present and worrying about it.
A beautiful affirmation to say everytime you are fearful - "I am alright, right now". One must develop concentration and will power to keep awareness on what you are doing (focus) and living in the present!
