While software development is constantly evolving (just look at the Javascript ecosystem!!!) there are some fundamental aspects of software that tend to remain constant (and evergreen) over time. It really doesn't matter what you use to build your software/ website etc. as long as the following hold true. People using your software will ALWAYS want your software to be:
FAST
RELIABLE
SECURE
USABLE
MAINTAINED
Remember this and build.
