Unreasonable Hospitality

I am currently reading this fantastic book which can be applied to any industry and to life. What struck me as powerful is this line:
"People will forget what you do; they'll forget what you said. But they'll never forget how you made them feel."
This can be applied in life as well. Your family and friends will remember how you made them feel for a looong time rather than what you said. Aren't emotions born through feeling? And our emotions (through our body) stays with us till eternity.
How many businesses go out of their way (unreasonable) to take care of their customers? This book is about taking care of your team as well as collectively taking care of everyone. It's a win-win.
